Please note that custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned as they are made individually according to your wishes and measurements.
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made items that were made especially for you and cannot be resold.
